-CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION OF RESERVATIONS
The rates we offer can be with a certain period of free cancellation, or non-refundable.
Non-refundable rates do not allow cancellation or modification without cost, so if you cancel or modify your reservation you will pay 100%,
Rates with a free cancellation period allow you to cancel or modify your reservation up to a few days before your arrival. Specifically, you can choose 4 types of rates:
- Up to 24 hours, which allows you to cancel or modify your reservation free of charge up to 24 hours before the day of arrival (For example, if you arrive on a Friday, you could cancel or modify your reservation free of charge until 11:59 p.m. on the previous Wednesday).
-Up to 48 hours, which allows you to cancel or modify your reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before the day of arrival (For example, if you arrive on a Friday, you could cancel or modify your reservation free of charge until 11:59 p.m. on the previous Tuesday) .
-Up to 7 days, which allows you to cancel or modify your reservation free of charge up to 7 days before the day of arrival (For example, if you arrive on Friday the 27th, you could cancel or modify your reservation until 23:59 on Thursday the 19th).
-Up to 14 days, which allows you to cancel or modify your reservation free of charge up to 14 days before the day of arrival (For example, if you arrive on Friday the 27th, you could cancel or modify your reservation free of charge until 23:59 on Thursday the 12th ).
-Up to 60 days, which allows you to cancel or modify your reservation free of charge up to 60 days before the day of arrival (For example, if you arrive on Friday, October 27, you could cancel or modify your reservation free of charge until 11:59 p.m. on Monday August 28).
Please keep in mind that once the free cancellation period has passed, the rate becomes non-refundable, so there would be no possibility of a refund in the case of cancellation or modification of your reservation.

- Return and refund
If your rate is in the free cancellation period and you decide to cancel it, you have the right to a refund of the amounts you have paid in advance.
The refund will be made by the same means by which the payment has been made.

Refund requests will not be accepted for reservations that are outside the free cancellation period, or non-refundable.
HOUSE'S RULES
1. A credit or debit card is required to guarantee your reservation.
• If you do not have a valid card, you must leave a deposit of €150 in cash (or by transfer, sending us a receipt to confirm your reservation), which will be returned by bank transfer, within a maximum period of 7 days from your departure, in the event that once the room is reviewed, it is not considered a breach of any of the rules listed below:
• Keep in mind that it is an essential requirement, so it is not possible to book at Villa Ignacia without a valid debit or credit card.
2. The check-in time is from 1:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
• Entry after 20:00 has a surcharge of €20, which can be charged at any time to the card provided by the guest.
In any case, you must always specify the arrival time to give you the room keys.
3. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms and in all interior areas of the accommodation, and carries a fine of €250.
• The accommodation has means to find out the breach of this rule. The slightest suspicion, such as the smell of tobacco smoke or remains of cigarette butts, will automatically lead to the collection of the fine.
4. The room should be left, as far as possible, how you find it.
• In case of a lot of dirt, dishes to be washed, stains on sheets, pillows, towels, etc., such as food residues on sheets, or make-up on pillows and towels, an extra cleaning fee will be charged.
The charge is to be determined by management, with a minimum of €30.
CLEANING POLICY
• Stays of 4 nights or less: Cleaning or change of bed linen and towels is not included.
• Stays of 5 nights or more: A cleaning with change of bed linen and towels is included every 5 nights of stay.
To help us care for the environment, reuse towels as much as possible.
• Extra cleaning: €20 rooms
€30 apartments
• Extra towels: €4
• Extra change of sheets: €10/bed
We reserve the right to charge for extra cleaning if necessary, minimum €30.
Apartment Garbage
It is prohibited to deposit garbage outside the apartments, with a penalty of €50. You have to take it to the public containers (Ask or consult the QR on the bins).
• Garbage collection service: €10/bag
• We recommend that you review the inventory of the room upon arrival since at the time of your departure it will be reviewed and in case of shortages or damages they must be covered by the guest, by another equal product or, failing that, its price will be charged.
5. No noise can be made either in the rooms or in the entire accommodation area.
• Keep in mind that Villa Ignacia is a place for rest and relaxation, so making noise, especially in corridors and common areas, can mean anything from a warning to expulsion from the premises.
6. The Honesty Bar is a concept to make the guest feel at home.
• Please, make correct use of its name, and write down everything you consume from it.
• Keep in mind that the cameras are continuously reviewed and if something has not been noted, the accommodation will charge it to your credit card.
• The refrigerator, cups, glasses and glasses are for the exclusive use of the Honesty Bar, it is completely forbidden to use them with drinks or food brought from outside by the guest.
• Medicines can only be kept, well marked with the client's name and room number, exclusively if it is a medicine that must be kept in the refrigerator, and always, upon request, so that the staff is aware of it.
• Failure to comply with any of these points entails an extra charge, the prices can be seen in the Honesty Bar itself.
7. Breakfast is served from 9 to 10:30.
• If you arrive outside of these hours, you will not be served breakfast, except at a previously agreed time.
• If your rate includes breakfast, and you are not going to have breakfast the next day, please let us know, since we prepare breakfasts based on the number of guests who are going to have breakfast each day.
• If your rate does NOT include breakfast, and IF you wish to have breakfast, ask for availability and price as far in advance as possible, the afternoon before at the latest.
• It is NOT possible to request breakfast the same morning that it is going to be taken if it has not been requested in advance, at the latest, the afternoon before.
• Breakfast may not be available on specific dates.
8. The management is not responsible for theft or loss of guests.
• Therefore, we recommend that you do not leave valuables in the rooms, such as jewelry, cash, or electronic devices.
9. Pets are accepted at Villa Ignacia, always on request, and only in rooms with views and apartments.
• In the standard rooms (1 and 2) pets are not allowed.
• In the event that the client reserves and shows up with a pet without notifying, it will not be possible to access your room with it, and in case the client wants to cancel, the cancellation and no show clauses that you detail in your reservation will apply. .
• The owner will not leave his pet unattended at any time throughout the accommodation premises.
• Every guest who travels with a pet is obliged to add it from the Online Check-in, thus accepting the conditions of pets, which you can find in the We accept pets section of our website.
– The pet that arrives at Villa Ignacia and has not been added by the guest, will not be able to stay.
In the event that it is refused, the accommodation will consider the reservation canceled, without the right of claim by the guest, and the cancellation and no-show clauses that you detail in your reservation will be applied.
10. The services (water, electricity, gas, etc.) provided by Villa Ignacia must be used in accordance with the rules of good faith, without the waste or disproportionate use of them being included in the price, help us to maintain low and accessible rates as well as caring for the environment.
• Guests are asked to use the furniture in the room in a moderate and rational way, taking care of them properly; In the same way, every guest, when leaving the room, has the obligation to leave the windows, entrance doors, taps closed and turn off the lights.
11. You will not be able to accommodate people other than those registered in their rooms and in any case, you will give prior notice to the staff of any variation in the number or identification of the people who originally registered. Customer visitors will not be able to stay overnight. Neither can people other than those who have made the contract come to enjoy the services, nor can the accommodation be used as a place to carry out commercial transactions.
In no case may the number of people staying in each room be greater than the capacity assigned by the Accommodation to each room.
12. In case of damaging the property or the furniture of the accommodation, as well as losing the keys, it is the holder of the reservation who pays for the damage caused, either by using the deposit, or by expressly authorizing the payment by entering data remotely on the debit credit card provided for that purpose when making your reservation or upon check-in, so when booking you expressly waive any claim for such previously authorized charges.
Theft or intentional damage will be immediately reported to the police. It is prohibited to carry out any act that causes damage or harm to the accommodation or to other guests, or conduct contrary to decorum or social behavior.
13. The consumption of drugs, narcotics or psychotropic substances is prohibited, within any area of the accommodation, this infraction will be immediately reported to the corresponding authorities.
14. The room must be left, at the latest, at 11:30 on the day of departure.
Otherwise, a surcharge of a minimum of 50% of the pvp of that same day will be applied, or 100% in case of departure after 1:30 p.m.
Please, be responsible and think that cleaning and preparing the room requires time so that the next guest finds it in perfect condition upon arrival.
15. The availability of services such as the Honesty Bar or the pool may vary depending on the season, please check their availability if you are interested.
IMPORTANT
It is understood that at the time of making the reservation effective, the client and/or guest knows and expressly and tacitly states that they fully accept these internal regulations of Villa Ignacia, being satisfied and in agreement with all the aforementioned points.
